Returns / Exchanges

Redefine Beauty Co. is a small shop that features small collections with low quantities. We do our best to provide staple and on trend pieces! In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, we do offer exchanges (if available), and we offer store credit if something isn't to your liking!

Unwashed and unworn items with the original tags attached can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the date of delivery. Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable.

Redefine Beauty Co. offers store credit only.

We are confident you will find something else in our new collections if the item you purchased does not fit and you need to return for store credit.

Once we receive your return, your store credit will be issued via E-gift card within 2-3 business days.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.

Arrival Time

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days! Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will usually ship on Monday. Domestic orders can arrive in 3-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.

Redefine Beauty Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.
